There is a philosophy in this company set by the founder:
1. Working Hard
2. Keep learning
3. Pray (keep faith)
for me it is a boost. I am sure , in order to keep learning, you can do it by learning through experience or refining your skill and knowledge via formal education system. The working environment is a primary reason.
Although it must be self-funded, but I believe its worthy to try.
